Through guided reflection, clear articulation, and practical direction, the work gives you a grounded understanding of your purpose, values, and patterns—so decisions get easier, momentum feels natural, and your life starts to reflect who you truly are.

I’m not here to squeeze more performance out of you. I’m here to maximize fulfillment. That means shaping your life to fully fit who you are—then putting it into motion.

It depends on what you sign up for. If you do the full program (all three modules), you can move at a pace of 10–12 weeks (one session per week) or accelerate it in half the time with two sessions per week.

Everyone starts with Module 1. If you already have a strong sense of your Purpose, Values, and Behaviors, we’ll do an accelerated version to make sure it’s solid—then move into the rest.

We don’t publish prices because it depends on what you come in with, what you’re looking to walk away with, and which parts of the program you choose. That said, it’s priced in line with the market. The best way to get clarity is to schedule a call and talk it through.

While this version of the practice is designed for founders and entrepreneurs, Neon Thread can help anyone seeking clarity about who they are and where they’re headed.

We offer versions of the program for students heading into college, people early in their careers, and those navigating major life transitions. The core work stays the same—the focus shifts to meet the moment.

Mostly remote—for flexibility and access. But if you’re local and want to meet in person, we can absolutely make that happen.
